General questions

1. HOW TO SHOP AT AYESHADESIGN.COM?

To shop at Ayesha Design, you need to visit the shop page, you can check the various categories and products at the shop. Add the items that you like to cart.

Go to your cart and as you’re checking out, you will need to create a free account which will allow you to log in and download your purchases whenever you like. You will then be taken to the 2Checkout payment gateway where you can pay using a card or your PayPal.

2. IN WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE ITEMS SHOWN?

All the items shown at Ayesha Design Shop are in United States Dollars.

3. HOW DO I PAY?

Once you have added the products to the cart. You will asked to create a free account as you are checking out, this account will allow you to access all your purchases any time in the future. You will then be taken to the 2Checkout payment gateway where you can pay using a card or your PayPal.

4. WHERE CAN I ACCESS MY PRODUCTS AFTER I HAVE PAYED?

After you have payed for your order through the paddle payment gateway, you will be taken to your “my account” page. Here on the left side you’ll find the “orders” tab. Click on the tab and you’ll find all your items, you can then download your items from there.

5. DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, I do take custom orders for YouTube branding, Instagram Branding, Brand developement and design. Please visit my services page for more information.

6. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

To place a refund request for an order placed with 2Checkout, You would need to contact 2Checkout via email at support@2checkout.com, by phone at +31 88 000 0008 or by accessing 2Checkout myAccount.

 

Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of the results.

7. WHERE CAN I SEE MORE OF YOUR WORK?

8. WHAT IF I FACE A PROBLEM AFTER ORDERING?

Please fill the contact form explaining your problem in detail. I will reply within 12 hrs. If you have bought something from the shop, make sure to mention your order number in the email.
